Big Time Rush is an American boy group that is specialized in pop music. It was formed in 2009. The group is composed of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega. They first signed with Nick Records in 2009. Then, Columbia Records transferred them to their new label. They appeared in Nickelodeon's telecast series, Big Time Rush. The show aired from the beginning of November 28, 2009 until July 25 2013. The premiere episode featured the group's debut promo single, "Big Time Rush". The group recorded three albums, BTR in 2010, Elevate 2011 and 24/Seven in 2013. The band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2014 that lasted until 2021 when the group resumed live performances and released their single "Call It Like I See It".
